Mortal Kombat Trilogy for the NES Title Screen

If you got a knack for the darker side of gaming, you’ll be hard-pressed to find something more rare or butt-crazy than Mortal Kombat Trilogy for the NES. This game is based on a hacked ROM created by Hosekn of USA Co, Ltd that looks and plays like you expect a game of this nature to play: like shit. You are limited enough as is, playing with the NES controller’s two buttons and digital pad, so add on top of that terrible animation and jerky gameplay controls and you are in for a treat.

Street Fighter Wedding

If you find a girl that is OK with a wedding invitation based on the Street Fighter II fighter select screen you know you have a winner. We don’t know much about the couple other than their names: Joel and Fio. Regardless a large congratulations is at hand. May gaming be a part of their long life together.

Bill Gates Doom 2 DirectX Windows 95 Video

This rare video was shown by Microsoft on 1995 when they announced their DirectX games for Windows support. DirectX was Microsoft’s way to woo developers like id Software to ditch DOS in favor of Windows for their game development platform. In it, Bill Gates carries a shot gun and blasts a DOOM Sargent to smithereens and says, “Don’t Interrupt Me.” Microsoft kept the tape after its showing.
